Education:
Kyle received his bachelor’s degree in business administration, with an emphasis in marketing. Additionally, he achieved certificates in real estate and leadership from the University of Colorado’s Leeds School of Business. He also served as part of the USC International Real Estate Case Competition, representing the University of Colorado proudly with a top three finish.

Previous Experience:
Kyle has been in the Colorado real estate industry since 2010. Prior to opening his own company, R House Realty, Kyle gained experience from large national firms and small boutique firms. His last firm before becoming an independent broker was with LIV Sothebys learning the high-end market. Before Sothebys, Kyle spent time as a Broker Associate with Bodin Realty, a local residential real estate firm that specialized in the Boulder market. Prior to his position as a Broker Associate, Kyle worked as both an intern and a broker associate with The Colorado Group’s Todd Walsh, in all areas of commercial sales and leasing. Both Boulder based companies are leaders in the real estate community specializing in residential and commercial real estate respectively.
Additionally, he has worked with a major developer and investor in the Boulder region, learning property management, development and maintenance, and tenant communications. Kyle started in the industry working for a Front Range property management company in Boulder as a showing assistant for over 400 properties.
Kyle loves working with investment properties and investment strategies.

Personal Interests:
Kyle is an avid member of the volleyball community. He currently the head volleyball coach at Boulder High School and helps with the University of Denver Club Volleyball. He is an active player in Colorado volleyball tournaments. Kyle loves the outdoors and to hike and ski in the Colorado mountains
